ASSISTANT VENERABLE SUPERIOR EVANGELIST DR. PETER OLISA (PhD) is a disciplined Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) Leader of over forty five years of worship and Spiritual leadership in the church.
He joined the church in 1977 after leaving his Dee-Jay job at a Radio Station and since then he has grown from the lowest rung of leadership to the zenith of leadership at the 75 Years old spiritual church.
Recently, during the Altar Laying Ceremony of a brand new Parish at Alapere area of Ketu, Lagos (South Western Nigeria) called Celestial Church of Christ, Glorious Throne of God and the Lamb Sanctuary by Celestial Church Avenue, (Old Lambo 2), Alapere, A/V/S/E Peter Olisa was the service conductor at the Friday, September 9, 2022 event.
The Parish is under the leadership of Prophet Emmanuel Soyemi a member of the Board of Trustee of the Celestial Church of Christ and Chairman of the Celestial Church at 70 Celebration Committee in Year 2017.
A/V/S/E DR. PETER OLISA is the Shepherd of Covenant of God’s Glory Parish (Unique Cathedral) by old Maidan Road, Akute area of Lagos State.
In this extraordinary encounter with Asabe Afrika TV on Friday, November 4, 2022 he spoke on some of the challenges facing the Celestial Church of Christ at 75 and how it can be reformed with the help of the Holy Spirit.
On his call to the vineyard and his 45 Years in service, Venerable Superior Evangelist Dr. Peter Olisa traced his antecedent as a Lagos boy who was in search of good music in Celestial Church of Christ but ended up as a chosen vessel of the Lord.
