Today is Celestial Church of Christ’s 76th year anniversary as the church was founded on the 29th of September year 1947 in Agangue, Porto-Novo; Republic of Benin in West Africa.
The founder, PASTOR SAMUEL BILEWU JOSEPH OSCHOFFA of very blessed Memory received several spiritual instructions and direction which made the fulfilment of the Holy Spirit profound in the affairs of the church.
Celestial Church of Christ is the Last Boat of Salvation with a divine mandate to cleanse the world. It is the world’s largest white garment church.
From a very modest humble beginning in Porto Novo, Republic of Benin in Year 1947 the Church has experienced phenomenal growth and spread in her 76 years of existence.
Celestial Church of Christ Parishes have been planted in far flung countries like Australia, India, France, USA, UK, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Austria and United Arab Emirate among other countries.
In this short video, Dr. KUNLE HAMILTON (KH) of Celestial Church of Christ, Shaddaiville Parish, Yaba Lagos spoke on how the late Celestial Church of Christ founder Pa SBJ Oschoffa died on Tuesday September 10 at age 76 in 1985. He was born on Tuesday 18th May, 1909.
He spoke at the funeral of late Dr. Omololu Oladosu of Maranatha Ministries sometimes in Year 2017 at Lisa Village in Ogun State, Western Nigeria.
