In yet another exclusive encounter and more like a reaction to a Facebook video by one Evangelist Tosho Oshoffa, Prophet Emmanuel Soyemi, a Celestial Church of Christ leader and Chairman of the church’s 70th Anniversary Committee opened up to Asabe Afrika TV early in the week.
Prophet Soyemi whose interview on this channel penultimate week generated reactions from members of the fold home and abroad was taken aback when one Evangelist Tosho Oshoffa who is said to be one of the sons of the Pastor Founder, the revered Reverend S.B.J. Oschoffa took to the Facebook and lambasted Soyemi using innuendos.
Evangelist Tosho’s Facebook interview which birthed some 72 hours after the elderly Prophet Soyemi’s encounter with Asabe Afrika TV was seen as a harsh reply by majority of worshipers especially the Diaspora members.
It will be recalled that same Evangelist Tosho Oshoffa who used to be a Personal Assistant to the present Pastor, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Friday Oschoffa (his alleged elder brother) allegedly tried to snatch power off his brother and take over the leadership of the entire church but the mutiny was halted after an uproar that lasted several years, not until he was allegedly given a choice parish, Ketu early in the year.
In this new encounter, Prophet Soyemi a revered administrator and leader of thought gave more insights into his declaration that the entire church must be cleaned of bad and corrupt leaders.
He reacted to Evangelist Tosho’s jabs.
