Things Abacha did as Head of state before death struck– Alhaji Usman Mohammed

During the ceremony of a posthumous award given to the family of late Nigeria’s Military Leader and Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Sani Abacha by the Empowerment of Fallen Heroes’s Wives and Children Initiatives in Abuja, ALHAJI USMAN MOHAMMED the Garkuwa Wamba in Nasarawa State (Northern Nigeria) spoke about the glowing attributes of the late Nigerian leader.

The Garkuwa Wamba, a close relative of the Abacha Family and one of the close observers of the 5 years reign of the late military ruler has a different opinion from what majority of Nigerians thinks about the dark google wearing military leader.

The elder statesman while speaking to Asabe Afrika TV inside the Asokoro home of the widow of the former leader on Friday September 13, 2019 reeled out some of the achievements of General Sani Abacha which he felt Nigerians have forgotten as a result of the way and manner the Kano born General died in power on Monday, June 8, 1998.
