Why I chose Tinubu above others for 2023 Presidency = Abiola Ogundokun

FRIDAY MARCH 18, 2022, Asabe Afrika TV team met with eminent Nigerian and Publisher of Conscience International Magazine, HIGH CHIEF ABIOLA OGUNDOKUN (Obanla of Iwo Land), Osun State at his Ita Basorun, Ibadan Oyo State (Western Nigeria) home.

Chief Ogundokun who is the J’agun P’ote of The Source (Ile-Ife) and Apesin Ola of Erin Osun land was in high spirit as he spoke about his TUNUBU 2023 Presidential Dream for Nigeria.

The former National Publicity Secretary of 2nd Republic’s National Party of Nigeria (NPN) under President Shehu Shagari and former People’s Democratic Party (PDP) tactical chairman, Osun State spoke on several point of intention that necessitated his decision to support former Lagos State Governor and national leader of the All-Progressive Congress (APC) Party, Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s dream to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.

The Iwo, Osun State born media baron and political tactician believes against all odds, that Candidate Bola Tinubu is the best choice for all to queue behind and select for leadership of Nigeria as Head of a New Government in Year 2023.

For the first time in history, Ogundokun a conservative politician is gunning for a progressive candidate at the center.

He spoke on the Rauf Aregbesola (Minister of Interior’s) war of trust with Tinubu, Osun state election, Sunday Igboho’s Yoruba nation agitation and Basorun Dele Momodu’s Presidential ambition.

Chief Ogundokun who answered all tactical questions in this red exclusive with Asabe Afrika TV gave what appears to be reasonable points for Tinubu to become Nigeria’s President in 2023.

But the Iwo born politician might get a backlash from a wide majority.

If Tinubu is not good enough, who is better? Is it Sowore who obviously cannot win election or kingsley Morghalu who does not have any following or structure to help project his ideas and ideals?

  29. The presidency of Nigeria shouldn't be a thing between the Yoruba and Hausa. The Yorubas and Hausas' have had their fair representations so also the muslim. The two major parties APC and PDP for 2023 must present two South East of lgbo extract to contest the presidency. We of the South South and South East geopolitical zones are tired of the Hause and Yoruba shenanigans of power rotations. We have not forgotten what happenned after the death of President Ya' Adua, how some Yorubas and Hausa muslim cabals almost stymied the then Vice President Jonathan Goodluck emergance as the successor. We knew what also happenned during President Jonathan second term bids, how some Yorubas block Obasanjo and Tinubu swayed the election victory to Buhari North. Now they want to return power to Yoruba muslim Tinubu again, where are the Christians? For a muslim to rule Nigeria for another eight years after Buhari making sixteen years shall never happen because l know Nigeria muslim North will never allow that for a Christian. All I am saying is that this should be the turn of the Igbo man and if the Yorubas and Hausa North don't like it then let the six geopolitical zones go their separate ways. I believed Peter Obi will be good for the job. Don't miscontrue me l am not an lgbo by tribe but Urhobo. The lgbo and Christians have long be marginalized, this must change. And lgbo man or woman who accept vice president slots for any of the two major political party is accursed.

    I had the opportunity to hear you on the platform of this wonderful, honest, knowledgeable and forthright Mr Gbenga Asabe on issues like (i) the current oluwo (ii) its wonderful and faithful ex-wife (iii) babangida (iv) the worthless esabod (v) the money-luring abacha which dirty and illicit money in the cardboard box you returned back to 'it'. It made me come to the conclusion that you are honest, dependable and a man of integrity.
    But your praise of obasanjo and tinubu in this video really showed that you are contrary to my views about you. In the first place, we had tried to be brothers to northerners (particularly the fulanis) which are now executing their well orchestrated plan to subjugate other stakeholders within the 'expired geographical expression' called nigeria, the truth which was made revealed to us by now late Dr Malafia Obadiah (ex-governor) of central bank and yet people like cannot see the danger posed to Yoruba race to either call for re-negotiation of the conditions that kept the different tribes together or call for a referendum. This hellish nation had continued to degenerate to the level it is today contrary to what we had been made to believe by you the elders which still want your voice to be heard. By the way, what had obasanjo and tinubu that you placed on such high pedestals ever done for the Yoruba race let alone the country where obasanjo had the opportunity to make the difference but didn't? For heavens' sake how could you say that tinubu has bit of the qualities of our darling Baba Oloye Obafemi Awolowo, a bit of Akintola and that of Azikiwe and not see 'HEAVY CONFUSION' hitting us on the face right away? It was 'highly insulting' to compare the pedigrees of the likes of Jakande, Bisi Onabanjo, Bola Ige, Adekunle Ajasin, Ambrose Alli, Professor Banji Akintoye, etc with the likes of sangodele amuda bola ahmed tinubu and sanwo-olu/iku/igbo, dapo abiodun, ibikunle amosun, gbnga daniels, kayode fayemi, akeredolu, gbajabiamila, fashola, aregbesola, oyetola, etc.
    How could obasanjo and tinubu which cannot own up to their rightful ancestral lineages be considered trustworthy, considerate, caring, loving and visionary for the Yoruba race? How could such ingrates to which the tribe had given so much turn out to be our murders, destiny-wreckers, glory-swappers and so insensitive to our plight in this very trying times? You had asked which 'agberos' tinubu raised and I can now reference you back to the #endsars youths peaceful protests of October 2020, when the supposed gesture of tinubu's chief agbero musiliu akinsanya [aka: mc oluomo-eranko] was turned down by the otherwise very savvy youths many of whom this bloodied fulani-led buhari illegitimate government were maimed, wounded and murdered on 'BLACK TUESDAY – 20 OCTOBER 2020' with the contribution of the same tinubu and 'its' family and the silent consent of obasanjo. Can't you see how the northerners even shield and protect the fulani terrorists, bandits, kidnappers, herdsmen/land-grabbers, murderers and economic saboteurs? How could this be happening in this 21st century and you then turned around to condemn usa ex-president trump for his very honest opinions based on truths that is not a secret to the world? For heavens' sake why should we continue with tribes of this barbaric nature that had already ruined the educational, health, infrastructural, economic, social and cultural growth and development when we legitimately have the option to be separate and map our future and destiny ourselves?
    Chief Ogundokun, if you had children like Dr Amborode, the petrol retailer pregnant woman, the pregnant woman and the young chap who was into fashion design at shasha market in Ibadan, the Yoruba families now refuges in Benin republic, those that had been maimed and murdered whom we cannot account for, who were all the victims of these fulanis war machineries, would you still be supporting people like obasanjo and tinubu or you would have charted a different course which is why we are advocating for Yoruba Nation along with our Biafran and Kwararafa brothers and even also those who dare to see Kaaro-Ojire kingdom emerge?
    Chief Ogundokun, you said that one of the reasons why you joined 'all piranha conveners – apc' was to go and fight some of the political opponents which I find very difficult to believe when compared to the rather 'INTELLECTUALY ASTUTE AND VISIONARY #ENDSARS YOUTH PROTESTERS' who definitely would have handled it differently. From my point of view my own 'VERY RARE GEM OF WISDOM' would have been that since you claim that GOD ALMIGHTY answers your prayers (as HE does to others too who spent less than 3years in their mothers' womb), you should have called on HIM (GOD ALMIGHTY) to step in and fight your battles and HIM seeing the sincerity of your heart would have answered you without changing your party loyalty and principles.
    And lastly, based on my previous conviction on who you are and given my spiritual standing with GOD ALMIGHTY, I can certainly assure you that HIS wrath and fury had been brewing for a long time on all fulanis across the earth, all apc members and all of their cohorts and network to the corners of the earth regardless of age, gender, status, colour of skin, language and location. Perhaps it is because of your 'good heartedness' that had made this video to come through Asabe Afrika otherwise I would not have seen it or bothered to have looked at all. I will therefore urge you to resign if indeed you love your posterity and those of your father's, mother's and in-laws' households put together.
