In this New Year release to Asabe Afrika TV, His Royal Highness, Oba (Dr.) Augustine Bola Adegunloye the Egbeji Oloogun of Nigeria spoke on the recent incident where the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi the Ojaja II was stuck inside the lift of a Lagos Hotel for close to 30 minutes.
The veteran spiritualist and traditional healer said it was a very bad omen for the Yoruba nation and equally warned the Ooni to always stay in the place and stop moving from one event to other except it is extraordinarily important.
The Egbeji Oloogun who recently gave some New Year prediction want the first class traditional ruler to respect the efficacy of his throne and stop cat-walking and going about. He blamed the lift accident of lack of consultation with Ifa divinity before leaving the palace.
He equally revealed that two prominent Yoruba Obas will pass away in year 2020.

Aaaah…Naija,,,Look at them making noise,,,running around & some filming….where are the technicians//engineers of d building???
Oga AsabeTv…Anyone could be stuck in d elevator.,due to technical fault….This is not a matter of being Oni or Oba or ifa thing oooo. RESPECT TO TRADITIONAL INSTITUTIONS 💜
Africans making a fuss over nothing. Anyone can be stuck in a lift and it has nothing to do with juju. Instead of calling the technicians or engineers they are making noise. Asabe, wetin bring disgrace to Yoruba race.
I agree with Pa Egbeji 100% although not from an Oracle stand point. The way The Ooni goes about partying and cat walking demeans the importance of his role. He needs to take wise counsel and he needs to put a stop to these things. As for his being stuck in the elevator, there is no mysterious omen about this. The lift is a mechanical device that can malfunction at anytime and anywhere regardless of who is in it; especially if it has not been regularly serviced. As for Gbenga, when are you going to take wise counsel and start asking your guest short sharp questions, instead of loaded, multiple, waffle ones every time? If you don't improve, people will stop watching your channel. Just a word of advice before it's too late.
Anyone can fall victim of that
O ga o
Incident or event can happen but there should preventive measures and emergency procedures in case if it happens. We should not attach that situation to spiritual. We should ask the last time the elevator was stucked before the king's event?
Though I don't buy that piece about consulting any oracle, the Ooni should not be going anywhere unless it is absolutely necessary. As the father of the Yoruba nation. He should stay home!
What a country, it's a pity, fire fighters would av bn called on and d king would av bn out within minutes it it were here in abroad. Anyways they all ruining the country…..
This Asabe. ..
1. Tibetan "prophesied" more like forecasted Amosun would lose Senatorial election, he won. Now, you are promoting this Ifa person. Have you heard of electricity failure in Nigeria? It's actually common place and it does not respect any monarch. Just do something more intellectual. How is a non functioning lift dangerous to Yoruba RACE???
2. I see Oluwo and Baba Ogundokun are friends again. Hoping you will do something on that.
Don't turn your good channel into a propaganda network.
Not a big deal ok this can happen anywhere to anyone OK Asabe u 2 know that so what come off this
Am not saying baba is not making sense o but Asabe off am .
All these yoruba kings don turn to oba yeye. Imagine ooni olubuse catwalking at a fashion show, oonis don't go out of Ife in the past but this 1 goes to every harry n dick's party.
asabe you are propagandist not a journalist
It's no big deal a lift broke down. It has happened to President, Royals etc all over the world. This is no news. In Nigeria every thing is panic! People can be seen walking on the corridors and sitting calmly not panicking. That's the proper way to react in such a situation until the situation is resolved. U don't send everyone into a panic alarm mode.
They most share from d country's frustration too, se bi they re all now politicians, they can't speak.de truth again, this is just d beginning more of dis to come.
Until we begin to reason and accept that some things happen naturally or by accident that country can not come out of their pit. Imagine people thought regarding being stuck in the lift.
It can happen to anyone at that moment it's a technical fault that need urgent attention .
