My Mohbad Situation; Prophet Tibetan, Mrs. Akintonde yet to return my N67M–Timilehin David

AFTER the story was published by several online publications like Sahara Reporters, TheCable, Church Times and others in the early part of June, Year 2023, life has never been the same for young Nigerian entrepreneur, David Oluwatimilehin who is alleged to be a victim of a fraud attempt in year 2022.

It is the story of a land deal gone sour between a famous Nigerian clergy and acclaimed Prophet of the Celestial Church of Christ, Prophet MKO Tibetan and his alleged godson, Timilehin David and one Chief (Mrs.) Omolara Akintonde a former mistress of a Military Administrator of Ogun State Colonel Daniel Akintonde.

According to David Timilehin, his relationship with Prophet MKO Tibetan is a father & son relationship which he alleged the prophet broke on the altar of money and lust for material wealth.

Timilehin noted with deep regret that sometimes in the early part of Year 2022, the Prophet informed him of the availability of two hectares of landed property (30 plots) supposedly in the Lekki Ajah area of Lagos State (South Western Nigeria) and very near to the recently launched Dangote Refinery.

The value of the said land which allegedly belong to one Mrs. Omolara Akintonde an alleged former Ogun State 1st Lady was initially put at N2 Million Naira per plot with additional costs running into N65.5 Million Naira.

After the young man showed interest in the real estate, Timilehin said Tibetan offered himself as a go-between for the purported transaction. Even though Timilehin said he wanted to involve his lawyer to carry out a background check on the land but the Prophet refused, promising to act as a better mediator.

Timilehin was made to pay the sum of N65.5 Million for the land at once to Mrs. Omolara Akintonde via Prophet MKO Tibetan’s account. But a year and eight months later, Timilehin did not get neither the land or any document suggesting he bought a land.

Instead, he became a victim of a back-and-forth kamikaze drama with the Prophet and the woman. “He has not denied collecting the money from me. The transaction evidence is there (audio conversation evidences). On the other hand, the woman Omolara Akintonde has also not denied collecting money from the Prophet” Timilehin noted with great frustration.

THE SAGAMA GAME (Land in Epe forest and not near Dangote Refinery in Lekki)

Timilehin who said he decided to visit the land on his own volition without the Prophet’s knowledge after several attempts to get the document from the Prophet failed discovered the deal was not what was sold to him from the beginning.

“The Prophet told me the 30 plots of land were close to the Dangote refinery. But I have since discovered that the land in in the forest of Epe in Lagos East. It is largely an uncultivated land in the remote area of Epe which can’t sell for more than N1 Million per plot” the young man noted.

“The Prophet was furious when he got to know I went to check the land. It was like I had done something evil. That was after I had paid. I wonder why he was so annoyed I went to check a land that I paid for. It was when I saw the land that I discovered it was not the land they (Tibetan and Akintonde) told me about”

“Later, the woman (Mrs. Akintonde) said the earlier price of N2 Million per plot was a mistake, that the land actually cost N5 Million per plot. So, for the 30 plots of land I may have to pay N150 Million (Additional N90 Million). It was at this point I said I was no longer interested in the land and they should refund me. Both the woman and the Prophet have since blocked me on their phones”.

“The woman was first to block me when I was disturbing her for the documents and other articles of purchase. The Prophet did recently after my lawyer got to know the identity of the land which is strictly for industrial and not private use under the state land use law”

“Before Mrs. Akintonde blocked my number, she asked me to go and meet the Prophet for my refund since it was the Prophet who collected money from me. I had to use a friend’s phone to reach her and put further pressure on her to return my money but all to no avail”

“At a point, the Prophet told me even if the woman agrees to refund me, what if she dies in the process, what would I do? He had also made several insinuations of an impending doom. He told me one time that there are people who build mansions and never lived in them. When he was trying to discourage me from getting a lawyer, he asked if I have heard of cases of lawyers being killed or kidnapped while trying to interfere in businesses of such magnitude?”
