Sunday Sermon: IT IS MY BUSINESS

Rev. Prophet (Dr.) MKO Tibetan, Head Shepherd, CCC, Elisha Parish (Europe & Nigeria)

Exodus 32:1
“And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the
mount, the people gathered unto Aaron,
and said unto him, Up make us gods, which shall go before us, as for this
Moses, the man that bought us out of the land of Egypt, we won’t know  what is become of him”.
Brethren in Christ,
this topic is related to the story of a Nigerian man, based in America, he decided to come back home
and settle down, fortunately he got a job at
(Central Bank of Nigeria) and he felt the next thing is to get married.
Although he has many girls at his beck and call, but he wanted to marry a
virgin as his wife. This had always been his dream as he often refer to other
women who are not virgin as been promiscuous.
He finally decided to visit his village and met with a young lady in the
village, all the marriage rites were done and he brought her to Lagos. The first day they had sexual
intercourse, he discovered that she wasn’t a virgin, even aside that, they
weren’t compatible at all.

One fateful day, his
friend came to the house and they were badly treated, this got him angry and he
sent her back to the village, on getting there, she discovered she’s pregnant and
later gave birth to twins, (2 boys). He was forced to bring her back to Lagos.
Few years later, he got back home drunk and he met with her again. The
intercourse also resulted to another pregnancy and they had another set of two
boys. Things got worse and the man had to send her back to the village with her
four sons. He met another woman, who happens to be a professor, he fell in love
with her and they got married. Problems started again when Betty (the new woman)
could not do any house chores, too lazy to take care of the family and always
denied her husband sex. This made her beloved husband to get a maid to take
care of the house and the kids, as Betty also had four girls.

So, whose business?

The man couldn’t stand
the stress again and he started having affairs with the maid who later got
pregnant. All effort to make the man happy proved abortive, because he wasn’t
fulfilled with the two wives he married and even the maid, because Betty
had to send her packing after she discovered she was pregnant.
But the man was fond of
a particular word whenever he’s been accused; he was  always saying “It’s my business”. He
wasn’t a fulfilled man because he didn’t seek the face of God when he wanted a
wife; he just had a mind set of getting married to a virgin.
the children of the first wife turned out to be touts, armed robbers and they
were just disturbing the entire village. They got the news of their father, on
how he treated their mother and didn’t train them well. One day, they went in
search of him and eventually killed him. While Betty’s children
succeeded in their professions. The story we just narrated explains what happens
to a man who believes everything that happens to him in life is his business
and he does not need to put God first in all he does.

Reverend Prophet (Dr). MKO Tibetan…’Your life is God’s business’
conclusion, a lot of people don’t believe common sense is not common. They do
things in their own ways; they don’t invite God to whatever they do. They don’t
seek the face of God and they end up in
great disaster. Read Jer. 8:18-22, Hosea 8:4, Job. 8:8-10, Job. 3:20-21
you want God’s intervention in your life, why don’t you pick up your shirt on
every 3rd Friday of every month to see the prophet on any challenges
you might be passing through in your life and you will know there are still
prophets these days as  as of old.
