Sunday Sermon:You Suffered Because of Bad Choice

Rev. Dr. MKO Tibetan, CCC, Elisha Parish (Europe & Africa)

Choice is
whatever you have concluded in your mind to implement and never change your
opinion toward it.
There was a rich
farmer with two servants that worked with him on his farm, and he gave them
access to his belongings because he has trust in them.
One day, he gave
them money to set up business for themselves and went on a journey. One of the
servants decided to spend part of his money for pleasure and later invest the
rest before his master comes back. While the other starts cultivating on the
pieces of land he has with the money given to him. He planted maize and yam on
the land.

Three months
later, the cultivated crops germinated and was ready for harvest while the
other servant was still enjoying himself with what he has. One day, he
discovered that the money left with him is not enough to start a business and
went to his colleague begging him to loan him money to set up a business. The
servant answered and said ‘you made a
choice to enjoy yourself with what you have and I made the choice to establish
with what I have. Therefore you can leave and face the consequence of the
choice you made’
.

Don’t make a bad choice

What choice have
you made that is contrary to the will of God, are you fornicating or stealing?
check yourself today and change form your bad choice. If you made the choice
of  marrying the wrong husband or wife,
it is like you have taken a portion of poison. Remember that wrong choice lead
to the death of late Stella Obasanjo and General
SaniAbacha
.
So-called
believers, what will your gain, Hebrew 13:8 says “Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever”. This is the man that brought
salvation to the world and says we should desist form sins and make the choice
of coming to Him, He is waiting for you because he is awesome.
