In a follow-up video to our exclusive encounter with him (first video birthed last night), PROPHET EMMANUEL SOYEMI, a leader of the Celestial Church of Christ (Worldwide) and chairman of the church’s 70th anniversary planning committee spoke on some of the terrible ills allegedly authored by some unscrupulous elements in the church hierarchy after the demise of the Pastor Founder S.B.J. Oschoffa.
Some of the terrible acts like joining secret cults, using philosophy to run a spiritual church, using Juju to charm church members and take their fortune, sleeping around with women of easy virtues, bringing worldly musicians to church events (like inviting Fuji musicians into a parish by a shepherd) and other nefarious acts which are against the tenets of the church, were highlighted in this encounter.
Prophet Soyemi, a reformist leader who took on some certain individuals alleged to be stealing church funds in the Board of Trustee recently, expressed his anger, frustration about the way things are going with the once-upon-a-time revered church.
He didn’t end his talk without proffering a solution.
