Why Adeboye, Kumuyi won’t put their sons as successors–Prophet Adebayo + The Holy Spirit Factor

PROPHET (DR.) SEGUN ADEBAYO is a dynamic vessel of God created for manifestation of His glory in the lives of lost sheep (Ezekiel 34:7-10).

His Ministry, CHRIST APOSTOLIC WORLD END-TIME REVIVAL MINISTRY (CAWERM) is a multi-dimensional ministry assigned with the apostolic signs for miracle and breakthrough.

Getting him to talk to the press is a most difficult assignment as he is usually engaged with spiritual assignments across several spiritual mountains in Nigeria and even outside the country.

DURING a Special Encounter with Asabe Afrika TV on Saturday November 18, 2023 he spoke on succession battles in churches and why leaders should allow the Holy Spirit to take lead and never install their kids or family members to ecclesiastical leadership. .

The gifted Man of God gave different spiritual insights to back his analysis warning that it is better to allow the Holy Spirit to lead than human dynastic preference.

He warned has a word for veterans like Pastor W.F. Kumuyi of Deeper Life Church and E.A. Adeboye of Redeemed Christian Church of God.

  1. Please, Pastor Adeboye is not the owner of Redeem Church.
Pastor Adeboye is one of the many hundreds of employees in the service of God in Redeem. There is no way he can even think of it.

Unlike Bishop Oyedepo, Pastor Christ, and Pastor Olukoya etc, all of these pastors founded their ministries.
But that is not to say that it is spiritually correct for them to hand over to their children. If truly these churches are of God, it is the Holy Spirit that will give direction and choose whosoever He wanted.

In addition, let it be clear. Church doesn't really belong to any man whether you found it or not. It is not like an enterprise.
God can use anyone to start a ministry, but the ministry actually belongs to God in all.
Except God is not the foundation of it.

    Thank you.
