Jemibewon, a former Police Affairs Minister under President Olusegun Obasanjo’s civilian regime spoke on the recent scrapping of ex-Governors’ pension scheme by some states including Lagos and Kwara.
The Iyah-Gbede, Kogi State born Army top brass and former Adjutant General of the Nigerian Army who is reputed to be the minister who revived and institutionalized the Police Service Commission (PSC) during his regime described the scheme as a fraud.
