As developers, the
challenge for Royal Sanderton was to
create a design that would set his brand of buildings apart from their
contemporaries, yet remain responsive to locality, lifestyle and climate. The
result is 3 luxury developments that exude a commonality of unpretentious,
contemporary style, while retaining a uniquely Nigeria feel.
