Get small portion of grated carrot
Romain lettuce,
onions slice,
slice or dice cucumber,
tomato,
Oregon,
olive oil.

method…
Wash all vegetables with veniger.
Slice grilled chicken and set aside.
Mix together all vegetables in bowl, with half shredded chicken
Drip 2tbs olive oil over salad and mix, transfer to a salad plate and arrange
remaining chicken on top and serve.

dressing…
To dress the salad, get veneger, mustard, garlic, olive oil. Pinch of
salt and pepper. Whisk together and serve with the salad for guests and family
to enjoy.
