How to make sweet corn soup by Olalekan Olisa

Fresh soft corn or Canned sweet corn
Chopped onion
Unsalted butter
Galic minced
White pepper
Salt 
Chicken stock or cube.

Spring onions
Nutmeg
Pinch Of Cinnamon power.
Egg
Corn flour.
Whipping cream.
METHOD
Chop up corn or roughly blend in a
food processor.
A pan on a fire on medium low heat.
Melt butter, add chopped onions and
garlic, cook for 1 minute.
Add liquid stock or cube, white
pepper, nutmeg, cinamon, Add sweet corn and little water to make liquid.
Allow to boil for 5 minute, 
Break 1 raw egg into it and turn
vigorously immediately.
Add corn flour to thicken and add
cream lastly, off light.
Sprinkle with spring onions and
serve immediate with either, spring roll, bread roll etc.
