of the State Government led by the State Deputy Governor, Chief (Mrs.) Yetunde
Onanuga at her office in Abeokuta, the Secretary to the State Government (SSG),

and dialogue with the Organised Labour, as part of our continued discussions,
we have both agreed that we should take advantage of BVN system to ensure that
our scare resources are not going to ghost workers”.
