When he clocked 77 on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019, the Government of Ogun State named the famous Ilaro-Idogo expressway after him in honor of his ancestral heritage in Idogo, a train town in Ogun State, South West Nigeria. OBEY was born and raised in Idogo town.
His parents are of the Abeokuta-Egba stuff.
