who became the national woman leader of her party APC in 2014 was the
former National Woman Leader of the All
Nigerian People
s Party (ANPP) between 2010 and 2013.
Before
then she held several roles as national vice chairman of ANPP, North Central
Zone between 2008 and 2009.
In
the course of her Public Service Career,
she worked as the Special Adviser to the
Chairman of Gwagwalada Area Council
at the Federal Capital Territory,
Abuja on Women Affairs, Youth and Social Development between 2004 and 2007. At
same time she was also handling the dual portfolio of Focal Person, FCT (2) and
Lead Liaison Officer between the Ministry of the Federal Capital Territory and
the implementation of Millennium Development Goal Projects at the MDG office.
She was there between 2005 and 2007.

actually built her political experience at several committee level of her party
ANPP. She was a Member of the ANPP National
Reconciliation Committee
in 2009 and in 2011; the board of the party elevated her to become a member of the
National Convention Planning Committee.

In year 2012, the party elected Hajiya Ramatu Tijani Aliyu  further as Member of the ANPP National Rebuilding and Inter-Party Contact Committee which
was responsible for the eventual merger of the South West Based Action Congress of Nigeria (A.C.N) and
the Northern Nigeria based All Nigerian
People’s Party
(ANPP), Congress for
Progressive Change
(CPC) which metamorphosed to the ruling All Progressive Party (APC). The merger
came to be through the instrument of the Inter-Party
Contact Sub-Committee
of the National
Rebuilding and Inter-Party Contact Committee
where Hajiya Ramatu Tijani Aliyu also played an all inclusive role.
In 2014, Hajiya Ramatu was appointed as the Chairman, APC Extra Ordinary National Convention Delegates Nomination Committee which
held in Ogun State.
The same year she was given the sheer
responsibility to be a special member of the APC Gubernatorial Primaries Nomination Committee in Osun State, a
role she dispatched with rare candor and equanimity and which further led to
her elevation as the National Woman Leader of the party.
During the 2015 election, Hajiya Ramatu’s responsibility grew
wider as she was appointed as the Director, Women Mobilization, APC Presidential Campaign Council which
enabled her to coordinate several female political groups and cells of the
party across the 36 states of the Federation including Abuja.
She was later elected as the President, Women
Wing of Council of African Political
Parties
a Pan African Organization in
the month of August 2015 due to her leadership ingenuity and political
sagacity. The event took place at Khartoum, the capital of Sudan.   
A
brief excursion into Hajia Ramatu’s early
career says much of her vast knowledge in the affairs of corporate and public
administration. She started her career as the Chief Executive Officer, Azah Intermediaries (Nig.) Limited,
Abuja, a Civil Engineering Concern where she made her first professional
calling as a CEO. She later moved to Habisco
(Nig.) Ltd
in the capital city of Abuja where she held the post of
Executive Director. Few years later, she was head hunted again by another
company Jayzee Outfit Ventures,
Abuja where she worked as the Managing Director for several years before she
finally retired into active politics in 2004.

who is a member of several professional bodies like Nigerian Institute of Town Planners and Nigerian Institute of Public Administration to mention just a few,
has facilitated and initiated several human development projects which
includes, Global Women & Youth
Empowerment Strategy
(Human Resource
Development Tink-Tank)
which has produced several women leaders in her
North Central Region in the last couple of years.
This rare breed Private and Public
Sector expert is equally the Matron of Girl’s
Guide
and a Member of several other groups like African Women in Leadership Organization and Women in Leadership Forum. She is also a leading member of APC Victory Club and the Matron, Buhari – Youth Organization.

this cause, she has attended several life changing  seminars 
on Legislative Procedures in Local Government Councils”- which was
sponsored by the Senate Committee on States and Local Government Affairs in
Lokoja, Kogi State few years ago.
She equally attended a National Workshop
on “Strategies
for Effective and Sustainable Internal Revenue Generation at the Local
Government Level”
at the National Centre for Women Development, Abuja.
All these are time tested self development endeavors that has emboldened the
leadership brawn of HajiyaRamatu Tijani
Aliyu
during the course of her several endeavors in public and private
sectors of the Nigerian economy.

between 1976 and 1982.
Between 1982 and 1988 she attended the Federal Government College Minna, Niger
State for her Senior School Certificate from
the West African Examination Council.
She later moved to the School of General
& Remedial Studies, Ahmadu Bello
University
, Zaria, where she bagged a Certificate
of Remedial Studies Programm between 1989 and 1990.
Between 1994 and year 2000 the young and
ambitious Ramatu returned to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where
she enrolled for a degree in Urban and
Regional Planning and later graduated as a Bachelor of Science Degree
(Hons.)

Before her early year foray into the
private sector, Hajiya Ramatu
actually had a stint with the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing as a
National Youth Corps member and her experience there helped to shape her
leadership skills afterwards.
Married to a banker in the person of Ahmed Tijani Aliyu with three lovely
children to show for the union, Hajiya

enjoys reading, fabric design and interior decoration
as her hubby.

political parties (CAPP) Women wing at the general assembly of the organization
in Khartoum, Sudan.  With this, her feat
