situation in the Country, about 69 percent of health care funding comes from
public donation, explaining that there was need for efficiency in the
management of resources within the health sector where Internally Generated
Revenue would be used for the development and upgrading of some facilities.

While speaking on recruitment of Health Workers, Dr.
Ipaye said, “Performance Management is not about productivity. There is need to
improve on the productivity of the existing ones then we’ll be able to measure
the gap and fill it up”.
